At Charm Paws, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following, where applicable:
- A replacement item.
- A full refund.
- A partial refund.
Change of Mind
As we work with international fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong item.
- No longer wanting the product.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are not in their original condition.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
